Product

Built for the month you have not lived yet

Add the money once. BudgetCalendar keeps it on the days it actually moves, then shows the balance that follows.

  • Cash flow, in one list

Salary, rent, subscriptions, and one-off bills live in a single list. Filter it, edit it, and see income and expenses apart.

  • Schedules that match real life

Set a date, a repeat, or a skip. A bill that lands every month, or one you pause once, stays accurate without a spreadsheet.

  • Running balance by day

The calendar shows what hits each day and the balance afterward, so a tight week is visible before it arrives.

  • This month, or the year ahead

Stay on the current month, or switch to a year-ahead forecast built from the same income and bills.

  • Mark what you already paid

Check off an occurrence when it clears. The rest of the month still shows what is coming.

  • Your workspace, your login

Sign in with a one-time email code. Your entries stay on your account. We do not sell your data.

Who it is for

A calendar for people who already know their bills

BudgetCalendar does not categorize bank transactions for you. It is the plan you write down, kept current.

  • Payday planning

See rent, utilities, and everything else against the day income lands.

  • Freelance months

Irregular payouts and fixed bills on the same calendar, without a second tool.

  • Household bills

Keep the repeating ones in place and check the year when a big bill is coming.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

What does BudgetCalendar do?

It is a personal cash-flow calendar. You record income and bills, including ones that repeat, and it shows your running balance through the month and the year ahead.

Does it connect to my bank?

No. You enter your own income, bills, and opening balance. Nothing is pulled from a bank or card network.

Is this financial, tax, or legal advice?

No. Figures in the app are a forecast from the entries you save. They are not advice, and they are not a statement from your bank.

Who can subscribe?

Anyone 18 or older who can enter a contract and pay for a personal workspace. BudgetCalendar is a paid product. Sign in, then subscribe to open the workspace.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel in the billing portal inside the app. Access continues through the period you already paid, unless the subscription ends immediately. The first charge is refundable within 14 days. Read the refund policy for the full terms. Pro is $9 per month plus tax.

How do I delete my data?

Email support@thedevnomad.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. The data deletion page explains what we remove and what billing records Paddle keeps.

Know the balance before the bill lands.

Open the app, sign in with your email, and subscribe to start the workspace. Questions before that belong on the support page.
