How billing works

  • Sign in with your email, then subscribe inside the app.
  • Paddle is the merchant of record. They process the payment, calculate tax, and email the receipt. We do not store your card number.
  • The plan renews monthly until you cancel in the billing portal.
  • If you cancel at the end of the period, you keep access until that date. A 14-day refund on the first charge is described in the refund policy.
  • The purchase is also covered by our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Billing questions

When am I charged?

After you sign in, subscribe from the app. Paddle charges $9 USD per month, plus tax calculated for your location. The subscription renews each month until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing in the app. That starts a Paddle customer portal session where you can cancel or update your payment method. If you cancel at the end of the period, you keep access until that date.

Do you store my card?

No. Card details, tax, and invoices are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. BudgetCalendar never receives your full card number.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can request a full refund of the first charge within 14 days. Renewal charges follow the refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights. Contact support or use the link on your Paddle receipt.

Is there another plan?

Pro is the plan we sell today. It includes the cash-flow list, calendar, year-ahead forecast, and email support.
