Refund Policy
BudgetCalendar Pro is a monthly digital subscription at $9 USD, plus tax. This policy explains cancellation, the 14-day refund on your first charge, and rights that the law does not let us take away.

1. Who charges you
Paddle is the merchant of record. Paddle charges your payment method, adds any tax, and sends the receipt. An approved refund is paid back by Paddle to the original payment method. Our terms and this policy both apply.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel the subscription in the billing portal inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid, unless the subscription is ended immediately. Canceling does not by itself refund a charge already collected.
3. 14-day refund on the first charge
If Pro is not what you expected, email support@thedevnomad.com within 14 days of the first successful charge and we will approve a full refund of that charge. You can also request it from the receipt Paddle emailed you.
This 14-day window applies to the initial purchase. It is in addition to any longer period required by law, not instead of it.
4. Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refundable as a matter of course, because the workspace stays available for that period. We will still refund a renewal when the law requires it, when you were charged in error, or when we approve a request as a goodwill exception.
Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next charge.
5. Rights that always apply
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived. Where a consumer withdrawal or cooling-off period applies, it runs from the transaction date. Periods that commonly apply include:
- 14 days for consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
- 14 days for consumers in Turkey and Israel.
- 7 days for consumers in South Korea, Brazil, and China.
- 7 days for consumers in Canada.
- 5 days for consumers in Singapore.
If the mandatory period where you live is longer, that longer period applies. Paddle may also issue a discretionary refund under its buyer terms for a request made within 14 days of the transaction. If you agreed at checkout to immediate access to digital content, a local withdrawal right may be limited in the way that checkout disclosed.
6. How to ask
- Use the link on your Paddle receipt to view the order or manage the subscription, or
- Email support@thedevnomad.com from the address on the receipt. Include the date and the Paddle receipt or order number.
You can also reach Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. We pass eligible requests to Paddle, who issues the refund.
7. What we may decline
We may decline a discretionary refund when:
- The request is outside the windows in this policy and no mandatory right applies.
- The same charge was already refunded.
- The request follows abuse of the service or a breach of the terms.
A decline does not affect a refund the law requires Paddle or we must give you.
